  This campsite is in a very special location, with sightings of red squirrels every morning, the sounds of owls in the very early morning. It is mainly geared up for caravans and tourers however the 8 or so pitches have some shelter under trees, option of electric. Close to Hardraw fall (access through the green dragon public house). A top tip would be to shower early or later in the day as the hot water does run short if busy on the site and they cost 50p a go.
